Return & Refund Policy
At Glamtales, we follow strict hygiene and safety standards due to the nature of perfumes, attars, deodorants, and personal care products. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns
Customers can request a return within 3 days after receiving the product.
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
● The product is damaged, leaked, or defective upon arrival
● An incorrect product was delivered
The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery via email along with proper proof.
Mandatory Opening Video Requirement
To be eligible for any return, exchange, or refund, customers must provide a clear and continuous opening video of the parcel at the time of unboxing.
● The video must start before opening the package and clearly show the sealed parcel
● The video should not have any cuts, edits, or pauses
● The product and its condition must be clearly visible in the video
Failure to provide a proper opening video will make the request invalid.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
● Opened, used, or tampered products
● Products purchased during clearance or special offers (unless damaged)
● Tester perfumes (unless damaged during transit)
Refunds
Once your request is verified and approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
● Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
● Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error occurred from our side
Exchange – Replacement
● Exchanges are subject to product availability
● If the replacement product is unavailable, a refund will be initiated
The exchanged product will be delivered within 5–7 business days after approval.
Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only if the request is made before dispatch.
Once the order is packed or shipped, cancellations will not be possible.

For any queries, return requests, or issues, customers must contact us via email only. Please share your order details along with the required proof (opening video/images) for faster resolution.
Requests sent without proper proof or through other channels may not be accepted.
